The Short Version

Draftasy.com publishes reviews and articles about daily fantasy sports. Use the site for informational purposes only — we are not your lawyer, financial advisor, or guarantor of contest results. Don't scrape it, don't break it, and don't use anything you find here if you're under 18 or playing in a state where DFS isn't legal. By using the site, you agree to the rest of this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Draftasy.com ("Draftasy", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the site, subscribing to our newsletter, or clicking an affiliate link on our pages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You may use Draftasy only if all of the following are true:

• You are at least 18 years old (19 or 21 in some U.S. states for the purposes of playing daily fantasy contests).
• You are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of the United States or your local jurisdiction.
• You will use the site for lawful purposes only.

Information on this site about age, state availability, and eligibility for fantasy contests is provided as a starting point. The platforms themselves enforce their own eligibility checks at signup. You are responsible for confirming that participation in any fantasy contest is legal where you live and where you are physically located when you play.

3. Educational Content — Not Professional Advice

Everything on Draftasy is published for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this site constitutes:

• Legal advice — including advice on whether daily fantasy sports are legal in your state.
• Financial or investment advice.
• Tax advice.
• Professional gambling advice or guaranteed picks.

We are not licensed to provide any of the above. Consult a qualified professional before acting on anything you read here.

4. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Platforms

Many links on Draftasy point to third-party platforms (DraftKings, FanDuel, Underdog Fantasy, PrizePicks, and others). Those platforms are independent businesses operated by their respective owners. We have no control over their content, services, terms, bonus structures, withdrawal policies, or eligibility rules.

We earn a commission when you sign up for certain platforms through our links. Our full Affiliate Disclosure explains how that works.

When you click an affiliate link and leave Draftasy, the destination platform's terms of service and privacy policy apply, not ours. We make no representations or warranties about any third-party platform, its bonuses, the accuracy of its odds or projections, the speed or reliability of its withdrawals, or the security of its accounts. Disputes about a third-party platform must be resolved with that platform.

5. Newsletter

Subscribing to the Draftasy newsletter is optional. By subscribing, you consent to receive periodic emails from Draftasy about fantasy sports content, platform news, and partner promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email or by emailing hello@draftasy.com. Newsletter content is editorial and informational; treating it as advice is your decision and your risk.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, our servers, or any account.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site, except for personal, non-commercial use, or where expressly permitted in writing.
• Use automated systems (bots, crawlers, scripts) to access the site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
• Use the site to transmit malware, phishing content, spam, or any other harmful material.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with us.
• Use Draftasy's name, logos, or content to imply endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to block, restrict, or terminate your access to the site if we reasonably believe you have violated these rules.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Draftasy — including text, articles, reviews, rankings, layouts, graphics, logos, and the underlying code — is owned by Draftasy or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may:

• View and read the site for personal, non-commercial use.
• Quote short excerpts (typically a sentence or two) for commentary, criticism, news reporting, or research, with clear attribution and a link back to the original page on Draftasy.
• Share links to Draftasy pages on social media or via email.

You may not reproduce, republish, repackage, redistribute, or commercially use any substantial portion of Draftasy's content without prior written permission. "Substantial" is judged by both quantity and qualitative importance to the original work. Republishing entire reviews or rankings is never permitted.

Third-party trademarks (DraftKings, FanDuel, Underdog Fantasy, PrizePicks, and others) are the property of their respective owners. We use them descriptively to identify the platforms we cover. Our use does not imply endorsement by, or affiliation with, those platforms beyond the affiliate relationships disclosed in our Affiliate Disclosure.

8. User-Submitted Content

The only user-submitted content Draftasy currently accepts is your email address (for the newsletter) and any messages you choose to send us. By emailing us, you give Draftasy a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to read, store, and respond to your message, and to anonymize and aggregate the contents for product improvement. We will not publish identifiable correspondence without your permission.

Do not send confidential or sensitive information by email. Email is not a secure channel.

9. Changes to the Site

We may add, modify, or remove content at any time. We may change rankings, ratings, bonus values, or any other information on the site to reflect new information or our updated editorial judgment. The site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy.

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current. However:

• Bonuses, promotions, contest formats, and platform availability change frequently. The platform's own published terms always control.
• Rankings and ratings reflect editorial opinion at the time of writing. They may change.
• Daily fantasy sports involve real money. No content on this site guarantees a winning outcome. Past performance of any platform, contest, strategy, or player projection is not predictive of future results.
• Information about state legality is a starting point, not a definitive answer. Laws change. Confirm with the platform and, where appropriate, with a qualified attorney.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Draftasy and its operators, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, lost contest entries, lost bonuses, or harm to reputation — arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, your reliance on any content, or your interactions with any third-party platform reached via our links.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid Draftasy in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). You acknowledge that the site is provided to you free of charge and that this limitation reflects the allocation of risk between us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In those jurisdictions, the limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Draftasy and its operators, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the site in violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (c) any content you submit to us.

13. Third-Party Links

The site contains links to third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by Draftasy. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party site. You access third-party sites at your own risk and are solely responsible for reading and complying with their terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, or any feature of the site (including the newsletter), at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including a reasonable belief that you have violated these Terms. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the site are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute will be the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before filing suit, you agree to first contact us at hello@draftasy.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and posted at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, stop using the site and unsubscribe from the newsletter.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Draftasy regarding the site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications.
